Date Night ClassesThis Friday we’re holding our first ever Date Night class, and we’re focusing on Cooking for Two.  I’ll be teaching the class alongside Chef Stephen Baidacoff, and I for one can’t wait.

Our first course will be a confit of Pacific Trout, served with a Spinach Puree.  We’ll show you how to plate it up and pair it with a complementary white wine.

Then we’ll move on to a Bacon & Lobster Risotto, which you can easily stir up together at home.

Freshly Cooked LobsterFor your main course we’ll be working on a classic Rack of Lamb, which we’ll be serving with a matched red wine.  This is the perfect dish for a party of two, and a totally impressive dish to wow your date when you’re cooking on your own!

And to finish your meal? What could be sexier than a perfectly risen Chocolate Souffle?!
