Our first course will be a confit of Pacific Trout, served with a Spinach Puree. We’ll show you how to plate it up and pair it with a complementary white wine.
Then we’ll move on to a Bacon & Lobster Risotto, which you can easily stir up together at home.
For your main course we’ll be working on a classic Rack of Lamb, which we’ll be serving with a matched red wine. This is the perfect dish for a party of two, and a totally impressive dish to wow your date when you’re cooking on your own!
And to finish your meal? What could be sexier than a perfectly risen Chocolate Souffle?!
