The perfect solution for using up leftover egg whites, Elyse‘s Pavlova is enticingly beautiful, and delicious. Elyse will be teaching her mother’s recipe for this decadent dessert and focusing on how to make a perfect, soft centred meringue. She’ll take you through preparing and baking your meringue. Then since your meringue will stay in your oven overnight, she’ll show you how to finish your Pavlova using one she made ahead, with softly whipped cream, seasonal fruits and edible flowers. Please note that the Pavlova you make on Thursday will rest in your oven overnight and be ready to finish on Friday.
Ingredients for Pavlova*: egg whites, sugar, cornstarch, whipping cream, passion fruit (or other fruit of choice…strawberries, raspberries etc.)
* Please note that we will be discussing potential substitutions for ingredients during your class.
Class Fee: $15 plus GST. Your Fee Includes: A 60 minute virtual cooking class including a virtual recipe pack with info on equipment needed. Your recipes will be delivered in advance, so you can shop for ingredients and cook along with us during your class if you wish.

Upon purchase, your meeting ID and password will be included in your Event Confirmation email – please be sure to save this information as you will need it to join your class.
