Join us in celebration of Earth Day, and immerse yourself in our one-of-a-kind interactive Long Table Winter Dining Experience. Join us at Prairie Gardens for this unique experience, dining together under the starry lights, in Prairie Gardens’ intimate greenhouse setting – and together we’ll enjoy our Multi-Course Gourmet Dinner at the only Blue Pumpkin farm north of the 56th Parallel! Experience genuine rural hospitality as Farmer Tam together with Kathryn and the Get Cooking team work in harmony with nature and their community to carve a niche for sustainable rural culture, while celebrating Earth Day with you on Tam’s earth friendly local farm.
Your evening will begin with a Hot Chocolate Bar in the Greenhouse, before we board the Prairie Gardens train and ride over to the Fire Roaster Pavilion for a shot of Moonshine and a selection of Appies. Then we’ll reconvene in the Greenhouse for our seated Dinner. And before your Main Course you’ll have the opportunity to leave the table and make a Herb Infusion, together with Tam.
Please note that our menu is in the works and coming soon. Our menu will feature produce grown or foraged at Prairie Gardens, and any proteins will be locally and sustainably rasied. We will be offering optional group transportation to and from the farm – the price will be determined once we know how many guests prefer group transportation.
