Thanksgiving is one of the North’s most beloved of family dinners, rife with fall flavours from the autumn harvest – root vegetables, squash, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli – and, the star of the show, the unbelievably savoury, mouthwatering roasted turkey. But the idea of cooking up a meal this expansive for a horde of family and friends can be utterly overwhelming. So, this year, join Kathryn, Elyse and Shannon for a specialty class that will explore the different ways a turkey can be cooked, cut and served to help you nail your Thanksgiving dinner. Our menu includes a 24 brined turkey (stuffed two ways), a turkey deconstructed, a baked ham, maple glazed carrots, pancetta brussels sprouts, braised red cabbage, perfect mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie from scratch.
One week before the class we will provide you with recipes and shopping lists so that you can plan your own Thanksgiving menu, using the recipes learned in your class, in advance.
This class is not suitable for vegetarian diets or gluten free diets.
Class Fee: $145 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour class, a full meal with drink pairings, a recipe pack with shopping suggestions one week before the class, and a printed recipe pack to take home.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your booking you must do so no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class in order to receive a refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of a class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
