Red Thai Curry. With Kathryn Joel

Get Cooking

Join Kathryn & Elyse  and learn how to make your own home made Red Thai Curry. You’ll start your night with a quick demonstration of how to make our Thai Shrimp Cakes, which you’ll enjoy as an appetizer with a glass of wine. Then you’ll get chopping up the aromatics for a red curry paste, with some knife skills built in, and use a mortar & pestle to finish your own curry paste to take home. Kathryn and Elyse will demonstrate and show you how to turn your paste into a Chicken Curry that we’ll serve to you together with steamed rice, and another glass of wine. Tickets are sold in pairs so that you and a member of your cohort can share a single workstation to cook and dine together.

Class Fee: $97.50 per person, plus GST, sold as a single ticket for 2 attendees at one work station for a total of $195.00 plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 2 1/2 hour class, an arrival drink, appetizer and a bowl of Red Thai Chicken Curry. Additional wine is available for purchase. You will take your Red Thai Curry Paste home with you.
