Join Chef Victor Hugo Raya for this delicious look at the seafood specialties of the Baja and Guerrero. Together with Victor, you’ll learn how to make Ceviche and Aguachile, two different styles of citrus marinated seafood. And from Guerrero we’ll be serving up a helping of crab with Victor’s Tostadas de Cangrejo as well as whole fish for his Pescado a la Talla. And we couldn’t teach Mexican Seafood without a look at everyone’s favourite, Baja Fish Tacos. We hope that you’ll join us for this taste of the sea, Mexican style.
