People wait hours for a good bowl of ramen – a Japanese noodle soup that brings together broth, noodles, and thoughtful preparation. Join Masterchef Canada alumnus Mai Nguyen and learn how to make your own perfect bowl at home. Mai will take you through every aspect of preparing delicious ramen. Together you will be making your own noodles to serve in Mai’s chicken & pork based Miso Broth. And you’ll learn how to prepare chashu (pork belly) and perfect the six minute egg as well as some seasonal garnishes. And as if ramen is not enough, we’ll also be making some delicious gomae and a selection of tempura to whet our appetites for that noodle bowl at the end of the night.
This class is not suitable for vegetarian or gluten-free diets.
Class Fee: $115 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 3-hour class, a full meal with drink pairings and a recipe pack to take home.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your booking you must do so no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class in order to receive a refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of a class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
