Join Kathryn and Addie for this newest  class and learn how to make our Shortcrust Pastry, as well as how to roll it out and to blind bake it. Then we’ll walk you through making our deliciously light and creamy cheddar, pancetta and leek filling to fill, bake and finish your own Quiche Lorraine, at home. And we’ll talk about alternative fillings that you can use to personalize your Quiche Lorraine too.
