Join Kathryn and Brooke together with our guest sommelier William Bincoletto for this special date night in Provence. Our menu will start with a Salade Niçoise, followed by Ravioli filled with Goat’s Cheese & Green Olives, served with Pan Seared Cod and an Almond Brown Butter. Then we’ll move to the patio to grill a butterflied leg of Lamb, along with a selection of Provençal Vegetables.  And for dessert, we’ll be whipping up a Pear Tart Tatin, finished with a Chantilly Cream. And with each course, William will pour for you a glass of rosé wine chosen to complement and enhance your food. Then while we eat we’ll be discussing the wines, and the food, and how the they work together.
