Join our in house expert Addie Raghavan for his culinary exploration of Indian classics. We’ll be starting with Pakoras, a combination of seasonal vegetables bound in a chickpea batter then deep fried and served with a fresh Green Chutney. Next Addie will be showing you his version of everyone’s favourite vegetarian specialty, Aloo Gobi. And of course we’ll be making Butter Chicken, the beloved dish created in the 1950’s at the Moti Mahal in Delhi. To serve with your Butter Chicken, we’ll be showing you three classic sides: Bindhi Masala; Saffron Rice; and a Cucumber Raita.
