In our ever popular Gourmet Comfort Food class, Kathryn and Shannon will take a selection of nostalgic comfort classics and elevate them from simple to complex, from hearty to heavenly. We’ll be starting the night with Tater Tots, homemade of course, served with a house made Ketchup. Then we’ll show you how to amp up your Mac ‘n Cheese with our Smoked Ham Hock version, topped with a Gremolata Crumb. Next up is Chicken Pot Pie: locally raised chicken bound with veggies in a rich and creamy sauce, and topped with an All Butter Puff Pastry Crust. And to finish, the ultimate in comforting desserts, an Apple Pie, served with Vanilla Ice Cream. Bring your date, or bring your Mom or Dad or simply a friend, and join us.

Class Fee: $139 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour class, a full meal with wine pairings and a recipe pack to take home.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your booking you must do so no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class in order to receive a refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of a class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
