Pow Wow season is cancelled, but Tacos ain’t! Join Chef Scott Iserhoff of Pei Pei Chei Ow for his fun virtual class on making Frybread Chicken Tacos from scratch, and discussing Pow Wow Food Culture.

Ingredients for Frybread Chicken Tacos*: boneless skin-on chicken thighs, parsley, mint, basil, garlic, lemons, all-purpose flour, baking powder, fennel seeds, nuts (pine nuts, pecans… etc.), Parmesan cheese, oil for frying (vegetable, canola oil…)

* We’ll be discussing potential substitutions for ingredients during your class

Class Fee: $15 plus GST. Your Fee Includes: A 90-minute virtual class, through story telling. Scott’s Ingredient, Equipment and Mise en Place list will be sent within 24 hours of registration, so you can shop for ingredients and cook along with him during your class if you wish.

Software Requirement: We are using Zoom for our virtual classes. If you aren’t already using Zoom you can download their free app for Windows, Mac, Android or Apple iOS here. Your meeting ID and password will be sent by email an hour before your class.

Once downloaded Zoom will help you set up your free account then you’re ready to join us. Zoom will prompt you and ask for permission to use your devices camera and audio, please accept the requests. Once logged in click “Join” from the home page and enter your Meeting ID, which will be sent to you by email with your recipes.
