We hope that you will join us for this latest edition in our series of monthly From the Farm cooking classes. Kathryn and Elyse will be joined by our friend and colleague Tam Andersen of Prairie Gardens & Adventure Farm for a seasonal menu focused on Tam’s exquisite produce. We’ll be starting our class with a Ricotta & Green Onion dip, using some beautiful Grilled Green Onions, fresh from the farm, to serve with Tam’s Carrots, and Crostini. Then we’ll show you how to roll out a localized version of Edmonton’s beloved Green Onion Cakes, using Chives and Green Onions from the farm. Next up is a Celeriac and Mushroom Risotto.  And for the finale, a roasted Chicken, fragrantly filled with Fresh Herbs and Lemon, and served with a Salad of Tam’s incredible and beautiful local Greens.

Vegetarian and gluten free substitutions are available on request.
