For this week’s edition of our virtual Brunch Kathryn will be making Fritatta with Cherry Tomatoes, Goat’s Cheese and Greens. And we’ll be talking about alternative fillings too. Fritattas are perfect for brunch, but we love them for dinner too, with a Green Salad and a glass of wine. So we’ll whisk up a dressing for a salad of local greens, while our Fritatta bakes. And we’ll be joined by Sommelier Sasha McCauley to discuss what wine to serve with your Fritatta too. She’ll be pouring a glass of Bortoluzzi Sauvignon Blanc, from Italy of course, and a favourite pairing with our Fritatta.
Ingredients for Frittata*: eggs, whipping cream, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, goat’s cheese, grated Parmesan, salt and pepper, fresh herbs of choice (parsley, basil, tarragon, chives…)
* Please note that we will be discussing potential substitutions for ingredients during your class.
