Fresh Pasta Basics. With Kathryn Joel

Get Cooking

Join Kathryn & Elyse  for our popular class on how to make your own fresh cut pasta. You’ll start your night with an appetizer and glass of wine before learning how to make your own pasta dough, with our easy whole egg recipe. Then you’ll use a pasta machine to roll and cut your dough into tagliatelle, and learn how to hand cut your pasta into pappardelle too. And you’ll use a mortar & pestle to make a deliciously fragrant Pesto alla Genovese which you’ll enjoy with a batch of your fresh pasta, together with a glass of wine. Tickets are sold in pairs so that you and a member of your cohort can share a single workstation to cook and dine together.

Class Fee: $97.50 per person, plus GST, sold as a single ticket for 2 attendees at one work station for a total of $195.00 plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 2 1/2 hour class including an arrival drink and appetizer plus a bowl of the Pasta you make, served with Pesto. Additional wine is available for purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your booking you must do so no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class in order to receive a refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of a class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
