You’ll begin your night with welcome appetizers, cooked with you over an open wood fire:

Then you’ll join proprietor Tam Andersen for an exploratory farm tour. And finally, we’ll settle down for our five-course dinner at our communal long table in Prairie Gardens’ beautiful greenhouse:

Wheatberries | Nettles | Zucchini | Broad Beans

Our dishes will be finished in front of you, on wood burning fires set up by the greenhouse doors.
As always at Get Cooking we’ll be inviting you to interact with us as we cook, over fire and on the farm, and to experience with us the joy of cooking local by our sides.

Event Fee: $125 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: Welcome canapés followed by your farm tour with Tam Andersen of Prairie Gardens and a 5-course meal in the greenhouse with the Get Cooking Team.
A menu of optional wine pairings featuring a selection of local and BC wines, beers and a Gin Cocktail by the glass, can or bottle will be available for purchase on the night. Our menu may change, subject to availability.
