Join Chef Cindy Lazarenko for this tasty new class, and learn how to make her Pulled Pork Crêpes, finished with Saskatoon Barbecue Sauce and Marinated Onions. Cindy will walk you through how to make her delicious pulled pork using an Instant Pot (or any pressure cooker), and we’ll discuss how to slow roast it too. Plus you’ll learn how to make your own crêpe batter, then cook it into perfect crêpes. And to finish your Crêpes you’ll also learn to make Cindy’s Saskatoon BBQ Sauce (you can use blackberries or blueberries if you prefer) and Marinated Onions – we’ll send you instructions for preparing the onions ahead, so you can give them the full 24 hours needed to marinate them just right. Join us and cook along with Cindy to enjoy your Crêpes for supper, or alternatively prepare all of the components ready to assemble your plate the following day. Or simply watch, take notes, and make your Crêpes in your own time!
