Burgers, Buns, Condiments & Sides. With Chef Steven Brochu

Get Cooking

We are very excited to welcome Chef Steven Brochu for his first class at Get Cooking. And he’ll be starting with this masterclass on Burgers and Buns, with Condiments and Sides. You’ll start your class making a quick dough for our own homemade Burger Buns. Then Steven will get you grinding your your meat for portioning, shaping, cooking and building your own burgers. And to go with your burgers we’ll be whipping up some Cucumber and Jalapeño Pickles, a Smoked Mayo and a BBQ Sauce, Garlic Butter and Pickled Mustard Seeds and a delicious Cole Slaw to serve on the side.  Steven will have you redefining what it means to cook burgers at home. We hope that you’ll join us for this seasonal masterclass, as we look forwards to barbecues and garden parties in the summer of 2019.

This class is not suitable for vegetarian diets, but gluten free substitutions are available on request.

Class Fee:  $115 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes:  a 3-hour class, a full meal with drink pairings and a recipe pack to take home.
