Join Kathryn and Shannon as we teach you how to prepare a selection of brunch dishes not found on your typical menu. Starting off sweet, we’ll show you how to perfect the North American French Toast, and we’ll be elevating this favourite by stuffing it with roasted apples and mascarpone cheese. Then we’ll travel to the middle east for a taste of Shakshouka, a delicious and fragrant dish featuring eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce. And we’ll end the class in the UK as we learn how to put together a full and traditional English breakfast, complete with perfectly Fried Eggs and homemade Baked Beans.
This class is not suitable for gluten-free diets, but vegetarian substitutions are available on request.
Class Fee: $115 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 3-hour class, a full meal with drink pairings and a recipe pack to take home.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your booking you must do so no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class in order to receive a refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of a class will not be refunded or rescheduled.
