6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
With Kentucky bourbon production booming – the highest it’s been at in nearly 50 years – this American-made whiskey demands an audience. Made with at least 51% corn in the mash, bourbon gives the impression of sweetness but offers a diverse profile that lends itself toward a variety of cocktails from the classic Old Fashioned to the Mint Julep. Since our city’s love of bourbon graces nearly every cocktail menu in town, this October we’re offering our first ever Bourbon Pairing Dinner in collaboration with Graham Usher of UnWined. Kathryn will be cooking up a 5-course, sit-down dinner of dishes carefully chosen to pair with Graham’s selection of bourbon and bourbon cocktails. And, as always at our Kitchen Parties, we’ll be finishing your menu in our open kitchen but serving your meal as a seated dinner whilst inviting you to get up between courses and engage with us while we cook.
Our menu is in the works and coming soon.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A COOKING CLASS.
Vegetarian and gluten free substitutions are not available for this event.
