If you’d like to master a selection of gourmet meals to prepare in minutes, then this is the class for you. Kathryn & Elyse will be teaching you a menu composed of four quick and deceptively easy main courses plus one dessert. We’ll be starting with a classic cheese soufflé, served with a green salad. Then we’ll be taking a look at how to perfectly cook a fillet of arctic char, served with potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Next we’ll show you how to grill chicken thighs, and finish them in the oven so that they don’t dry out: we’ll serve our grilled chicken with a tabouleh salad, and a fresh tzatziki sauce. Then for our last savoury dish, we’ll be grilling a butterflied leg of lamb, to serve with salsa verde and French lentils. And throughout our class we’ll be talking about how to use our recipes to create different menu combinations when you’re cooking at home. Then for dessert, we’ll be combining a medley of summer berries and topping them with a quick and easy Zabaglione.
This class is not suitable for vegetarian diets. Gluten-free substitutions are available on request.
