This Autumn we’ve decided to add a series of Brunch Classes to our Sunday offerings. Our first Sunday Brunch on September 7th will be Mexican style, but it’s already sold out! So we’re offering a second brunch class a week later, on September 14th, and there are still some spaces to be had.
Chef Stephen Baidacoff will be teaching, and I’ll be working with him. And the emphasis will be on eggs. Perhaps you know a thing or two about cooking eggs already? But there’s a lot more to cooking eggs than you might think. Stephen will be leading us through three brunch-time classics, with his own unique flare. We’ll be preparing Oeufs en Pot, Eggs Benedict 3 ways, and Omelettes – and we hope that everyone in the class will make their own omelette to enjoy with a sparkling Mimosa. We’ll send you away armed with an arsenal of skills that you will be able to reproduce at your own brunch parties at home.
Stephen’s leaving Edmonton in December to work at Eleven Madison Park in New York City- he’s currently in Edmonton awaiting his US visa. In the meantime we’re very lucky to be able to share his talents with you and hope you’ll join us for this special Brunch class.
